We currently only ship to the U.S
Each order is handmade in small batches when your order is placed. It is usually processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time is typically 2-5 business days. Shipping cost is a flate rate fee of 5$ plus 2$ for any additional items
Shipping/Handling
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost, misplaced, or damaged during transit. We try our best to ensure this doesn't happen by carefully packing our treats. If you happen to have a problem with your order please contact us and we will try our best to sort out the situation.

Returns

Shelf Life/Storing Treats
Since we do not use any preservatives in our treats we try our best to preserve the shelf life as long as possible by dehydrating our treats so they don't mold quickly. It is recommended to refrigerate or freeze our treats upon arrival for a longer shelf-life. Our treats can last at least 2 weeks in an air-tight container or fridge. If treats are not given to pets during this timeframe we suggest freezing the treats until you are ready to use them. Treats can last at least 3 months if frozen, when thawed they should be consumed between 1-2 weeks. Please do not leave treats in direct sunlight
